SARS-CoV-2 aptamers are S-Protein specific and may be a specific therapeutic agent for COVID-19 therapy. Our aptamers not only neutralize the SAR-CoV-2 wild type strain, but also neutralize alternate strains of SAR-COV-2.

Ara h2 Aptamer

Ara-h 2 is one of the most important peanut allergens that shows the greatest diagnostic accuracy for peanut allergy as compared to specific IgE to other peanut allergens, Ara-h 1 3 and 6. Our developed aptamers are very specific to Ara-h2 and not only mitigate degranulation from mast/basophil cells but also regulate Th2/Th1 imbalance in peanut allergy and promote immune deviation toward Th1. 

D-Dimer Aptamers

Aptamers to replace immunoassays for clinical detection of D-Dimer. The aptamer pair-based sandwich-type biosensors. Why D-Dimer? D-Dimer tests are used to help rule out suspected: Pulmonary Embolism (PE), Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT), Stroke, Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC).
